Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment clears. Occasionally, inventory availability or a busy stretch may push that to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery time depends on your destination and shipping service. Dates are estimates, so if you have a gig coming up, let’s plan ahead to make sure you have all your gear in time.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email your tracking number when your package is prepared for shipment. Carrier pickup usually happens that same business day.

Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Which carrier will deliver my gear?

We select the carrier and service based on your order’s destination, contents, and weight. Shipping insurance is included.

Need your gear by a particular date? Contact us before ordering so we can help you check the timing.

What address should I use?

Please provide a complete street address, including your apartment, suite, or unit number. You can include a PO Box as additional information, but a street address is required.

Give everything a quick double-check before placing your order. We don’t want your gear to go on an unexpected side quest.

What about Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories?

We ship eligible items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO addresses.

Additional shipping charges apply and are shown in your cart. Availability depends on the item and destination.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We ship to Canada via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated in your cart, and Canadian orders have no shipping weight limit.

Please allow approximately 4–6 business days after shipment for delivery. Customs processing may add time, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These are the customer’s responsibility and may include GST, PST, HST, duties, and other applicable taxes.

Canadian orders shipped through UPS use its e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP). Eligible shipments are subject to applicable duties and taxes plus a flat brokerage fee. Additional fees may apply to shipments with a merchandise value over $200.

UPS will request payment of these charges at delivery. You can also contact UPS ahead of time at 1-800-742-5877 to arrange payment before delivery.

Please check with your country’s customs office before ordering if you need an estimate of these additional costs. We declare the actual merchandise value and do not mark purchases as gifts.

Shipping to northern Canada

An additional $75 shipping surcharge applies to certain destinations in Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Labrador. This applies to postal codes A0K, A0P–A0R, A2V, and X0A–Y9Z.

If your address falls within these areas, please contact support@geekstands.com before paying so we can confirm your total.

Depending on the package weight, USPS Priority may offer a lower shipping cost—generally around 50% less for packages weighing under 20 pounds going to these surcharge areas. We’ll check the available options and confirm whether the additional charge will be $75 or less.

Please allow approximately 12 business days after shipment for UPS delivery to these northern areas. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

We reserve the right to cancel a Canadian order if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated shipping charge.

Do you ship to other countries?

We currently ship to the United States, the U.S. destinations listed above, and Canada. Shipping to other countries isn’t supported at the moment.

Can I pick up my order?

We don’t currently offer local pickup. Our warehouse isn’t open to the public, but we’re happy to ship your gear to you.
